We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team outpatient located in Wildwood and Oxford, FL!

- Full-time position with hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Both clinics emphasize one-on-one patient care in 40-minute blocks and offer 60-minute evaluations.
Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for adults to geriatric patients.
- Focus on one-on-one patient care with a high level of autonomy, but also work collaboratively with a team of PTAs and other clinic staff.
- Utilize the Prompt EMR system for patient documentation and records.
- Maintain a patient care-centered approach with the goal of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for each patient.
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to optimize patient recovery.
- Collaborate with the clinic owner (PT) and team to provide the best care possible and contribute to the clinic's growth.
- Provide hands-on mentorship and share knowledge with PTAs and other staff members.
- Participate in continuing education and take advantage of professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Clear and active Florida license
- Open to new graduates—mentorship and training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about helping others, committed to patient-centered care.
