Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team outpatient located in Wildwood and Oxford, FL!

Both clinics emphasize one-on-one patient care in 40-minute blocks and offer 60-minute evaluations.

Position Overview:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for adults to geriatric patients.
  • Focus on one-on-one patient care with a high level of autonomy, but also work collaboratively with a team of PTAs and other clinic staff.
  • Utilize the Prompt EMR system for patient documentation and records.
  • Maintain a patient care-centered approach with the goal of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to optimize patient recovery.
  • Collaborate with the clinic owner (PT) and team to provide the best care possible and contribute to the clinic's growth.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and share knowledge with PTAs and other staff members.
  • Participate in continuing education and take advantage of professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Clear and active Florida license
  • Open to new graduates—mentorship and training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about helping others, committed to patient-centered care.
