Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to financial professionals utilizing Calton's services and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Calton's resource portal, integrations, and third-party systems.
• Assist in onboarding new advisors and providing training on the use of technology tools.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system integrations and updates are functioning smoothly.
• Document and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to financial professionals.

Essential Qualifications:

• Knowledge of financial services industry and products.
• Experience in providing technical support or help desk assistance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience:

• Experience working in a financial services or brokerage environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning software.
• Certifications related to IT support or financial services are a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
