About the job you’re considering

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Strategic Advisor to work directly with the Chief InformationOfficer (CIO), Chief Data Officer (CDO), and Chief Innovation Officer (CInO) of a global enterprise. This pivotalrole will serve as the connective tissue between technology, data, and business leadership—helping drive thecompany’s most important strategic data and digital transformation initiatives.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping the data and insights strategy across the company’s Parks,Experiences, and Cruise Lines (PECL) business—an ecosystem deeply centered around people,experiences, and storytelling. The Senior Strategic Advisor will help translate rich data and analytics intoactionable insights that enhance guest experience, operational effi ciency, and commercial performanceacross physical and digital touchpoints.

Your role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO, CDO, and CInO, providing thought leadership on enterprise data,innovation, and customer experience strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with business VPs, Directors, and functional leaders to align data-driven strategies withenterprise experience objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between technology, operations, and creative teams to ensure that dataand insights directly enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Translate business priorities in parks, resorts, and cruise operations into measurable data and analyticsinitiatives.
  • Provide executive recommendations to influence long-term investment decisions, operating models, andtransformation roadmaps.
  • Shape and advance the enterprise’s data and insights vision, ensuring that every guest interaction,operational process, and digital moment is informed by intelligent data use.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to strengthen the organization’s data architecture, governance, andintelligence frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to monetize insights, optimize pricing and yield management, and personalize guestexperiences through predictive analytics, AI, and ML.
  • Help establish experience data hubs and cross-domain analytics capabilities that enable seamlessstorytelling from data—bridging guest behavior, operational trends, and sentiment.
  • Champion experience innovation by leveraging emerging technologies (AI, digital twins, IoT, real-timeanalytics) to elevate park and cruise experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, operations, and digital experience teams to embed data-informed decision-makinginto every layer of the experience lifecycle.
  • Drive innovation councils, ideation workshops, and proof-of-value initiatives to pilot next-generation guestand operational capabilities.
  • Serve as the strategic conduit between technology innovation and experiential design.
  • Lead or support enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring alignment tocorporate priorities.
  • Establish structured governance, milestone tracking, and performance measurement frameworks forstrategic programs.
  • Oversee delivery of executive communications, dashboards, and transformation scorecards for CXO-levelvisibility.
  • Partner with senior leaders across technology, parks, experiences, cruise, marketing, and operations toensure cohesive execution.
  • Represent the CIO/CDO/CInO organizations in internal and external forums as a key voice for data-drivenexperience transformation.
  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals through insight-driven storytelling andexecutive-level communication.

Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data strategy, digital transformation, or innovationleadership within global or large-scale organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with or advising C-level executives on data, analytics, and businesstransformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data ecosystems (cloud, analytics, AI/ML) and how they apply to guestexperience and consumer engagement domains.
  • Demonstrated success driving data-driven strategies within hospitality, entertainment, travel, orconsumer experience-driven sectors.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic visionary with the ability to connect data insights to tangible business and guest experienceoutcomes.
  • Executive presence with the ability to infl uence, negotiate, and inspire at all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of operational models across parks, experiences, resorts, and cruise lines.
  • Experience with modern data and analytics platforms (Snowfl ake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, orequivalent).
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting or enterprise advisory preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $190,000 - $210,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
