As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician who wants more than just a paycheck - someone ready to build a long-term career with a respected local company.
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (required on-call rotation)
Pay: $18.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Solid troubleshooting skills across a wide variety of HVAC equipment
- Experience evaluating repair versus replacement options
- Willingness to obtain a low voltage license within 2 years
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must obtain NATE certification within one year of hire
- Comfortable working at heights and operating scissor and genie lifts safely
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and air balancing principles
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership potential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Universal EPA Certification
- Formal HVAC technical school training
- Current NATE certification
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Owns a complete set of professional HVAC tools
