At Full Circle Home Inspectors , we offer the flexibility of primarily working from home, two weeks of paid vacation yearly , a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to earn additional bonus pay by procuring additional specific ancillary inspection services that benefit clients.
After approximately 2–3 weeks of paid in-office training , you'll transition to a hybrid schedule, working from home most of the week with just one day per week in the office . As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for clients—answering questions, scheduling inspections, coordinating with real estate agents and our inspection team, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the inspection process.

Compensation:$40,000 - $43,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Enter inspection orders, maintain CRM records, and email reports to clients and agents.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding services, scheduling, and pricing.
- Follow up with clients and agents to ensure agreements are signed, payments are received, and questions are answered.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, inspectors, and office staff.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills.
- Previous work in a customer-facing position.
