Real Estate and Appraisal Assistant
We are a Florida-based real estate brokerage and appraisal firm seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our appraisal operations and real estate operations. You’ll assist with research, typing, formatting, and organizing residential appraisal reports, data entry, related tasks, social media, and marketing as well. This is a remote, part-time contract position and may lead to full time with the potential to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be interested AI and understand how to use it implement it.
Assist in typing and appraisal reports
Pull and organize MLS and public record data. Realist and Imapp
Upload and label photos/maps/sketches into report templates
ACI appraisal software
Track appraisal orders and deadlines
Maintain file organization in Google Drive/Dropbox
Qualifications:
Experience with real estate, appraisal report processes preferred
Familiarity with ACI, or similar appraisal platforms is a major plus
Strong attention to detail and consistency in data entry
Comfortable working independently and following written instructions
Basic understanding of real estate terms and documents
Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Work Schedule:
Part-time to full time, flexible hours
Must be responsive during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)

Compensation:
Hourly, based on experience
Paid weekly via PayPal or some other preferred service
