Payroll Administrator
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Assisting with the input of payroll details into Paycor, reconciling with documentation provided so that data is accurate.
- Process bi-weekly payroll.
- Assisting with research, filing, labeling, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate data.
- Some onboard and offboard employees.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Post secondary school education or minimum of 3 years’ experience in Payroll.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation effectively.
- Requires effective communication and frequent use of computers and communication devices.
- Primarily seated work with occasional standing and walking.
- Ability to lift office supplies up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
