Stores Associate – Join Our Team!

SafeTech USA is growing, and we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Stores Associate to join our Miami team! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being a key part of a fast-paced operation, this role could be a great fit for you.

As a Stores Associate, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our inventory moving accurately and efficiently—helping support our mission in aviation safety every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock and organize inventory as parts are received.
• Pull parts using detailed pick tickets with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare and package items for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.

How You’ll Support the Team.

• Work closely with the Purchasing team to order parts and supplies.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist the Facility & Purchasing Manager as needed.
• Jump in where needed—no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office; eager to learn new systems.
• A self-starter who takes initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform data entry and handle inventory tasks.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Visual acuity for reading screens, labels, and documents.
