Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Electric Foremen (Overhead Transmission) at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office. Team Fishel Foremen assist our supervisors by effectively leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively leads crews on various-sized projects
2. Ensures accuracy of time sheets
3. Monitors quality assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standards
4. Ensures all teammates observe safety practices
5. Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Extensive electrical construction experience
2. Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications
3. Demonstrated leadership experience in Electric Transmission construction projects
4. Must be willing to travel
