HR Manager

education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Partnership: Serve as the senior HR authority and strategic partner to ownership; provide workforce analytics, staffing recommendations, and candid guidance on organizational risk and cultural health.
- ADP Systems Mastery: Own full administration of ADP Workforce Now and ADP RUN; manage payroll processing, tax oversight, deductions, and reconciliations while maintaining absolute data integrity.
- Training & Development: Design internal e-learning modules and training guides within ADP; assign and track completion of internal CLE-style initiatives and required compliance courses.
- Payroll & Benefits Governance: Lead annual benefits renewals and vendor negotiations; oversee 401(k) administration, year-end reporting, and ensure all compensation practices remain sustainable and compliant.
- Human Capital Management: Execute full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; manage employee relations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and professional documentation of separations.
- Compliance & Risk: Mitigate employment-related risk by enforcing policy integrity, maintaining I-9 compliance, and updating employee handbooks in accordance with evolving federal and state labor laws.
- Culture Stewardship: Protect firm values by balancing high behavioral standards with engagement initiatives, including office event coordination, morale programs, and anniversary recognition.
