Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

As a Product Intern, you will work closely with the product team to shape the way we design products and internal processes that enable more efficient, connected, and intuitive ways of working. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and exposure to human centered decision-making, project management, and product strategy.

What will you do

Research Development

• Conduct user and stakeholder research to understand workflows, communication patterns, and collaboration needs.
• Assist in facilitating User-Centered Design (UCD) sessions to uncover pain points and shape product direction.
• Analyze findings and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the product team and leadership.
• Perform competitive and market research to identify trends and inform TIL’s innovation pipeline.

Collaboration & Design

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions, offering creative perspectives on real product challenges.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive mockups to visualize concepts and support design exploration.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Product Design, Human Factors, Business or a related field at an accredited school. Future 2026 summer graduate seeking internship opportunity will be considered.

• A deep interest in understanding user needs and designing user-centric products.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and resourcefulness to tackle product challenges and propose solutions.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Teams) is a plus.
