Job Tittle: CMT Laboratory Manager Location: Riviera Beach, FL 33404 Duration: Full Time Responsibilities: • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: obtain samples/specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt from work sites. Perform laboratory tests on the samples collected. Following work order and testing procedures. Manage samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the Data Management System, submit reports and talk with other internal and external stakeholders. Maintain lab testing equipment: cleaning, repairs, calibration, set up. Expertise in ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards. Familiar and participate in lab accreditation & Audits. Adhere to strict safety standards. Train and develop new hires and other technicians to elevate skill level. Mentoring and developing the lab staff for career development. Skills/Requirements: High school diploma / GED or 2 years material testing (field or lab). Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record. Good written and verbal communications skills. Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds.
