Industrial Counter Sales

Industrial Counter Sales Location Pompano Beach, FL (Northwest Pompano area) :

The job would entail inside sales, assisting customers in selecting the necessary welding equipment, supplies, and cylinders. Would also require assisting customers with industrial gases in their vehicles.

If applicant possesses a CDL with Hazard endorsement, then driving opportunities may be available for with added compensation.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy a job with a lot of variety, and opportunity for growth.

Experience

• Familiarity with Welding and/or Industrial Gases
• Competency in computer applications
• Mechanical background a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Willingness to step outside of assigned tasks and assist others when needed

Skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Some sales experience
• Computer skills, purchasing experience
• Ability to cold call prospective clients
• Strong phone presence; dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong math skills (making change, determining percentages
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $45,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
