We are looking for a proven automotive service professional with 3-5 years of successful service advisor experience who can demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term customer relationships, and helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles. We are not looking for someone who simply talks about great customer service. We are looking for someone who has consistently delivered it. Our ideal candidate understands that customer service and customer experience are not the same thing. Anyone can answer phones and write repair orders. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the entire customer journey and is committed to creating an experience that exceeds expectations every single time. - Deliver an elite customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Build trust-based relationships with customers through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional communication
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, professional environment
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair recommendations
- Present repair recommendations with confidence, professionalism, and transparency
- Generate accurate estimates and repair orders using our shop management system
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Coordinate appointments and workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Deliver completed vehicles while ensuring customers fully understand the repairs performed
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer and vehicle records
- Work closely with management and technicians to achieve company goals
- Consistently look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences
- Minimum 3-5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Proven history of delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and personal accountability
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Experience achieving sales and gross profit goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Monday-Friday schedule
