- Lead high-energy, 1-hour group workouts
- Coach form, prevent injury, and drive results
- Motivate members and create an electric class environment
- Deliver a consistent, premium coaching experience
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to get it ASAP)
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (or in progress)
- Comfortable leading and speaking in front of groups
- High energy, reliable, and coachable
