The Role
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a proven track record in aesthetics and a strong desire to grow in functional and hormone replacement medicine.

This is an exciting opportunity for a provider looking to elevate their career in one of the most vibrant and desirable locations in the country. We are open to relocation candidates and will work with the right provider to transition smoothly into the Tampa Bay market.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin, dermal filler, regenerative aesthetics, and laser treatments
• Consult and educate patients on personalized treatment plans for both aesthetics and functional wellness
• Train in hormone replacement therapy, peptides, weight optimization, and regenerative protocols (mentorship provided)
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships in a concierge-style practice
• Contribute to the practice’s growth through memberships, wellness packages, and patient retention
• Participate in brand awareness via social media presence or willingness to engage in digital marketing efforts (videos, before/after education, patient education clips, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an aesthetic injector (required)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Florida as a PA-C or NP
• Proficiency in injectables with artistry and precision
• Desire to expand skills into hormone replacement therapy and functional medicine
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay + Commission: Starting rate $52.88–$65/hour based on experience, plus production-based commission for services provided
