10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are based in Alachua, FL, with OTR, regional, and dedicated fleet opportunities. Assignments operate primarily within the Eastern and Southeastern United States. • Equipment, freight, and schedule:

• Training program (for eligible recent graduates):
  • Fully paid three- to five-week training program for candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
  • Training curriculum includes safe tractor-trailer operation, ELD use, trip reporting, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, equipment securement, and company procedures.
  • Progress evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments prior to independent assignments.
• Primary responsibilities:
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies.
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance across assigned routes.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Secure freight in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other company personnel regarding route status, delays, and equipment issues.
