Assistant Community Manager
Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our beautiful 338-unit mid-rise in the heart of Miam! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
- Minimum of one year experience as Assistant Community Manager on an apartment community.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
