The Food Runner – Pool & Beach Team plays an essential role in delivering a seamless dining experience in our outdoor venues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor setting, and maintain the grace and professionalism synonymous with The Setai. This individual ensures timely and accurate delivery of food orders, supports servers, and helps uphold the highest standards of guest service and presentation.

• Provides professional, friendly, and warm hospitality to all guests at the pool and beach.

• Coordinates closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.

• Delivers food and beverages to guest lounges and tables with care and professionalism.

• Ensures food presentation standards are maintained during delivery.

• Assists in clearing and resetting pool and beach tables promptly and efficiently.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas.

• Replenishes supplies as needed and assists with side duties before, during, and after each shift.

• Communicates effectively with team members regarding guest needs and service flow.

• Attends daily briefings, meetings, and required trainings.

• Reports to work on time, neatly groomed, and in the correct uniform.

• Prior experience as a food runner or busser in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment highly preferred.

• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods, including under sun exposure.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
