Job Title: Part-Time Administrative / Mailroom Assistant (Temporary)

Location: On-site

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (20 hours/week, no weekends)

Duration: Temporary assignment (August 24, 2026 – September 4, 2026)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a short-term temporary assignment. In this role, you will manage daily office mail, handle document scanning and FedEx shipments, and support general administrative functions to keep team operations running smoothly To follow up on your application, email [email protected]

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Mail & Package Handling: Collect daily mail and incoming FedEx packages from office mailboxes. Process incoming FedEx shipments, scan contents, and route them to appropriate team members for review.

• Email & Document Request Monitoring: Monitor the remote centralized mailbox daily and complete incoming requests within a 24-hour window. Review, print, address, and mail outgoing letters.

• FedEx Shipping Prep: Prepare outgoing FedEx packages and labels for land owners, including return labels for original documents. Prepare finalized packages for client dispatch following quality control checks.

• Legal Document Preparation: Print legal documents, add signature flags ("Sign Here"), and include clear signing instructions for recipients.

• Returned Mail Tracking: Scan and notify team members of any undeliverable landlord mail returned by the post office.

Qualifications

• Experience with general office administration, mail processing, and scanning equipment.

• Familiarity with preparing FedEx labels and outgoing mail.

• High attention to detail and ability to complete daily requests within a 24-hour turnaround time.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work the required daily morning schedule.
