Sales Manager

We are a premier, nationally recognized leader in interior design and custom home organization solutions, delivering top-tier design, manufacturing, and installation to thousands of homeowners. Due to rapid market expansion in Northeast Florida, we are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and scale our Jacksonville operation. This key leadership role is responsible for directing all local sales personnel—leading, coaching, and accountability management for a field sales team of up to 30 Design Consultants. Target Earnings: **BASE SALARY + BONUS STRUCTURE** Base salary will fall within $90-100K range With monthly and quarterly bonuses, first year total comp should be ~$130K for a successful Sales Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum of 3–5+ years of direct experience managing, scaling, and accountability-tracking a commission- or performance-based sales team (experience in B2C, direct sales, in-home sales, or home improvement is highly preferred).

• Track Record of Personal Sales Success: Demonstrated history of personal elite sales performance, proving you can lead by example.

• Span of Control Experience: Proven ability to effectively manage a mid-to-large field sales footprint (managing teams of 15 to 30+ representatives).

• Process-Driven Mindset: strong commitment to implementing, executing, and enforcing a standardized, proven sales methodology.

• Communication & Coaching: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.

• Local Presence: Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to the Jacksonville, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Scale: Direct, mentor, and lead the local Jacksonville sales organization (up to 30 in-home sales personnel/design consultants), fostering a competitive, supportive, and high-performance sales culture.

• Revenue Ownership: Drive team strategy to consistently hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and profit margins.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Actively recruit, interview, hire, and integrate top-tier sales talent to maintain optimal staffing levels for territory demand.

• Training & Continuous Development: Run dynamic daily/weekly team meetings, conduct one-on-one coaching, conduct ride-along evaluations, and lead continuous skill building in negotiation, design presentation, and closing tactics.

• System Execution: Ensure 100% team alignment with our established, highly successful direct-to-consumer in-home sales methodology.

• Performance Tracking & Engagement: Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, average order value, closing percentages), implement targeted incentive programs, and proactively address performance gaps.
