Project Engineer

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Project Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Orlando, FL surrounding area.

Candidatewill be joininga team of change agents to tackle the challenges that come with transformation. Candidatewill interact with multiple Programs and Projects to transition and deploy products being developed or enhanced as part of Transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing analyst support andchange leadership andlearning of several programs as a member of the Plan and Execute Change team.
• Engage with the Business/Program Teams to plan, design, analyze, develop, train, and deploy the approach utilizing techniques within Prosci Change Management methods and principles. Based on scope and need, training development and delivery required applying the ADDIE model in each phase of development.
• Training Materials will include multiple artifacts such as Instructor Led Training, Web BasedTraining andQuick Reference Materials.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Holds a degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing orrelated major orequivalent experience/combined education.
• 8+ years in the belowskills:
  • Experience with ADDIEmodel or similarphilosophy in the design, development, and execution of learning for adults
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Understanding of Organization Change Management principles and methods
  • Ability to influence, motivate andcoach diverse teams to enable workforce adaptation and bring change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to apply a structured approach to empower individuals to collectively re-imagine possibilities to facilitate business transformation
  • Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs
  • Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in
  • Ability to think strategically with experience in creating and implementing detailed tactical, results-driven plans
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings
