About the Role

Med Supply US is seeking a DME Revenue Cycle Specialist to support billing, insurance verification, and claims follow-up for continuous glucose monitor (CGM) patients.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in durable medical equipment (DME), Medicare billing, and insurance claims management who can help ensure clean claims, timely payments, and strong operational support.

You will work closely with our operations and billing teams to help manage the full lifecycle of patient claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit DME claims to Medicare and commercial payers.
• Review patient documentation to ensure claims meet coverage requirements.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Work insurance aging reports and collections.
• Assist with insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing documentation.
• Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and post payments.
• Assist with appeals and claim corrections when needed.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and billing systems.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in the following are strongly preferred:

• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing.
• Medicare Part B claims.
• CGM / diabetic supplies billing.
• Insurance verification and eligibility checks.
• Claims follow-up and appeals.
• Payment posting and reconciliation.
• Experience working with billing software or CRMs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in medical billing or DME billing.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Experience with Medicare billing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bonus Skills (Highly Valued).
• CGM billing experience.
• Medicare documentation requirements knowledge.
• DME accreditation compliance familiarity.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar platforms.
• Appeals and denial management.
