• Convert warm Florida leads + live transfers into consultations and closed policies (life & annuities)

• Conduct discovery, present suitable options (IULs, annuities, Roth conversions), and close in 1-2 calls

• Maintain suitability, disclosures, and documentation with accurate CRM hygiene

• Leverage AI credit-repair and Florida educator lists to open and advance conversations

• Mix virtual (Zoom/phone) with in-person meetings when helpful and compliant

• Current authority to sell Life & Annuities in Florida (nonresident authority acceptable)

• If Florida-resident: active 2-15 license (Life, Health & Variable Annuities)

• 2+ years closing life/annuity business in a commission environment

• Strong discovery, recommendation, and documented follow-through (CRM/e-apps/e-sign)

• IUL illustration experience; 1035 exchanges ; rollover conversations (401(k)/403(b)/457(b) annuities)

• Familiarity with Florida educator benefits (403(b), 457(b), DROP )

• Comfort with AI/automation tools; disciplined calendar and show-rate tactics
