Operations Manager

We seek a confident and experienced individual, who will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day warehouse operations. Within this role, you will be getting involved with all parts of this small manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will be diverse, covering production, printing, assembly and packing. Our customers are very important to us. Managing the steady flow of our departments is key, as you will be checking the workflow and filling in where needed, ensuring that customer wait times are kept short and product quality is excellent. You'll do this by finding the best way to solve problems and making improvements as our business grows. You will also manage daily tasks such as reviewing our ERP system, operating laser cutting machines, printers, kitting assembly, processing orders, ordering supplies, keeping personnel records up to date, and liaising with couriers and third-party suppliers. You will need to be proficient with computers to manage daily tasks such as processing orders and using the inventory software to keep the flow of work efficient. You will need to use some tools for the role. Our products are shipped worldwide, and due to their fragile nature, meticulous care must be taken when handling them. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic , and attention to detail. You’ll need to work towards leading a team and ensuring everyone is following our system while also managing your own tasks independently, always supporting the team wherever needed to maintain our high-quality standards.
We are looking for someone with previous warehouse experience in a production or manufacturing environment , and we will provide training individualized to our business. Requirements:
- Computer literacy for accurate updating of computer-based inventory systems.
- Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Be commercially astute and problem-solve during time-sensitive issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Manage small teams and keep everyone motivated.
- Fix problems as they arise.
- Quickly adapt to new situations.
- At least 2 years’ production related experience in a warehouse environment (preferred). Understand work orders, parts and specifications.
- An excellent team leader who is keen to progress within an organization.
- Ensure all parts are assembled correctly according to the requirements.
- Efficiently manage your time to complete tasks with both accuracy and speed.
- Keep production statuses updated using computer-based manufacturing and inventory software.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with parts or assembly processes to the relevant team members for resolution.
- Conduct regular stock checks and notify the assembly manager when supplies are low.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- A keep interest in LEGO and collectables in general (preferred).
- Live within a commutable distance from our office.

$40,000 - $50,000 Based on Experience (BOE)

Physical Demands- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, assemble, package, and inspect acrylic components.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials and product kits up to 25–40 pounds, occasionally.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while assembling and packaging kits.
- Visual acuity sufficient to read part numbers, work orders, inventory labels, and computer screens.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and warehouse equipment safely.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for detailed assembly work.
- Warehouse setting with exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Regular interaction with acrylic materials and packaging supplies.
- Fast-paced production environment requiring sustained attention to detail.
- Climate-controlled environment but may experience variations in temperature depending on season.
