Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Client Service Executive to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.

How you'll make an impact

  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Nurture relationships with your clients
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
  • Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.

  • Previous commercial insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.

About You

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

Must hold a 2-20 License as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred:

Commercial Lines Insurance knowledge.

P&C experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen

Behaviors:

Must be able to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients, able to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients, and effectively manage/balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

Needs to be comfortable analyzing and using data to make decisions, working in a self-directed manner, and to act as a role model for high performance and Gallagher's shared values.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
