THE TEAM
The Culinary team is at the heart of delivering Rosewood’s exceptional dining experiences, combining creativity, precision, and passion to create memorable moments for every guest. Working within a fine-dining environment, the team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
The Stewarding team plays an essential role in supporting the culinary operation, ensuring that all kitchen and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Stewards work closely with chefs and kitchen colleagues to enable seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.
YOUR ROLE
At Rosewood Residences Lido Key, we are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized service in a luxury coastal setting. The Steward plays a vital role in supporting the culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment that enables operational excellence.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high sanitation standards and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team. You will help ensure the kitchen operates efficiently behind the scenes while upholding Rosewood’s commitment to quality, safety, and excellence.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, dishwashing, and back-of-house areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure a continuous supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Ensure all kitchen tools, glassware, china, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
• Keep work areas organized, stocked, and free of debris to support kitchen efficiency
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries in accordance with established procedures
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations and Rosewood policies
• Support waste management practices, including proper disposal and recycling processes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe working environment
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Collaborate with culinary team members during service to support smooth and efficient operations
