About the Role: PhysMED is seeking a Regional Office Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding patient experience. This role focuses on staff leadership, HR functions, and operational performance while serving as a key link between clinic teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance: Ensure clinics run smoothly, track key performance metrics, and implement process improvements. HR & Staff Development: Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and retention to maintain a high-performing team. Leadership & Engagement: Mentor staff, enhance job satisfaction, and reduce turnover. Patient Experience: Streamline front desk operations and support case management for smooth workflow. Compliance & Admin: Maintain regulatory standards, oversee payroll approvals, and manage budgets.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Healthcare Admin, HR, or related field. Experience managing multiple locations with a focus on HR and operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and conflict resolution. Ability to travel regularly between clinics.
