No cold calling – just meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions about their healthcare.

- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with Medicare plan options
- Educate and guide individuals through enrollment and plan benefits
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
- Provide top-notch customer service with empathy and clarity
🔹 What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
