Responsibilities:

• Engage in day-to-day activities related to database design, including writing and debugging complex stored procedures, triggers, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Craft SQL queries, assess query performance, and optimize code for efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the following technologies: .Net Core 5.0, SQL 2019, Angular 10, Node JS 14.20.0, Visual Studio Code 1.80 (or higher), Visual Studio 2019, and Bootstrap 4.6.0 (or higher).
• Utilize GitHub and DevOps tools for version control and deployment.
• Understand web development principles for both desktop and mobile applications.
• Thoroughly debug code and conduct comprehensive unit tests to ensure application robustness.
• Enforce coding standards, including a focus on secure coding and development.
• Provide technical input and problem-solving skills in collaboration with the team.
• Exhibit strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Display a keen sense of curiosity and a willingness to delve into detailed and abstract concepts.
• Possess strong self-motivation and organizational skills, with a focus on capturing and fulfilling business requirements through effective architectural modeling.
• Work independently on small-scale projects.
• Efficiently execute tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain a strong passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to function as a Senior/Advanced Developer, showcasing strong expertise in Microsoft .Net Core 5.0 and T-SQL 2019 (or higher) to address challenging system issues.
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend complex business rules and code, facilitating necessary modifications.
• Proficiency with Node JS 14.20.0, Visual Studio 2019, Visual Studio Code 1.80 (or higher), and Bootstrap 4.6.0 (or higher).
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, leveraging requests for data retrieval, manipulation, and management.
• Previous experience in a government organization, particularly within the Real Estate sector, is advantageous.
• Preferred background in secure coding and development practices.
• Competence in development using robust source control, preferably Git.
• Capable of preparing detailed specifications and technical design documents.
• Collaborative skills to identify and bridge gaps between requirements and technical designs.
• Close collaboration with customers, business analysts, and team members to comprehend business requirements that drive the creation of high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies while adhering to organizational architectural standards.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior developers
