Assistant Vice President, Macquarie Global Services (USA) LLC, Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities: Serve as member of joint Legal Entity Control and Financial Control team with primary responsibility for reviewing annual legal entity financial statements and managing external audit requirements; performing oversight and governance of Macquarie Asset Managements high-risk regulated entities; advising on key legal entity and general ledger management activities; performing oversight of financial control function; and overseeing teams entire body of work. Requirements: Masters Degree or Graduate Diploma in Accounting or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of legal entity control and/or financial control experience within investment banking. Prior experience must include 3 years reviewing annual legal entity financial statements; 3 years managing external audit requirements; 3 years performing oversight and governance of high-risk regulated entities; and 3 years performing oversight of financial control function. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation required. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
