What We’re Looking For

Our growing service department is looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team. No automotive experience required but a plus. Call Center, Customer Service, and Retail Sales professionals looking for an opportunity to grow and develop your career apply here!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
• Respond to all inbound lead requests promptly
• Be a liaison between customers and the service department
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
• Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
• Assist in generating reports and logs

Qualifications:

• Call center experience a plus
• Dealership experience a plus
• Automotive Service experience a plus
• Must be available to work some weekends as needed
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and self-sufficient
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to succeed customer expectations
