Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information: Urologist Collaborative, Team-Based Opportunity , Lee Physician Group Urology | Southwest Florida

Lee Physician Group (LPG) Urology is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our highly collaborative, team-oriented, and growing practice. Our group consists of eight dedicated urologists who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.

With four outpatient locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Lehigh Acres, our physicians enjoy the benefits of a large, integrated health system combined with a collegial and supportive practice culture. Candidates will treat a broad range of urologic conditionsincluding BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, oncology, and erectile dysfunctionwith opportunities to perform minimally invasive and robotic surgeries. A special interest in female urology is welcomed and encouraged.

Our model fosters collaboration, mentorship, and shared success, supported by advanced practice providers, experienced clinical staff, and dual APP weekend call coverage (1:7 rotation). Physicians utilize Epic EHR and integrated dictation software for seamless documentation.
