Shift Lead
Shift Lead - Salem’s Fresh Eats.
Location: 1605 18th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.
Schedule: Flexible.
As a Shift Leader , you’ll guide your team through each shift, keeping service quick, quality high, and guests smiling. You’ll assist with training, oversee operations, and support management to make every shift a success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members on shift.
- Handle guest concerns & maintain smooth service.
- Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety.
- Manage cash & closing/opening procedures.
- Manage shift coverage and assist with minor staffing needs.
- Communicate key updates to management.
What You Bring:
- Prior restaurant or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
