Accountant
RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Coral Gables' premier boutique accounting practices that is currently seeking an accountant to join their internal reporting team. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with great compensation and benefits.

As the Accountant, you would be responsible for supporting a small public accounting firm by preparing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse client base. This role involves hands-on accounting work, direct client interaction, and collaboration with senior team members to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting across multiple engagements.
Key Job Duties
- Prepare individual and business tax returns.
- Perform general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve accounting inquiries.
