Role:
The Creative Director (Videographer/Editor) is the visual storyteller and content architect behind Guerra Wealth Advisors' brand presence. You'll conceptualize, produce, and edit compelling video content that educates prospects, engages clients, and elevates our firm's reputation as a leader in holistic wealth management.
This role is perfect for someone with 3–5 years of videography and editing experience, a strong creative vision, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging visual stories. You'll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to create everything from client testimonials and educational content to social media videos and event coverage that drives business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead video production from concept to completion including scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Create high-quality video content for social media, website, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce educational content that simplifies financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Capture client testimonials, advisor profiles, and behind-the-scenes firm culture content.
- Film and edit seminars, workshops, conferences, and live events.
- Develop and maintain Guerra's visual brand identity across all video content.
- Manage video equipment, lighting, audio, and production logistics.
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and campaign planning.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final products with motion graphics and sound design.
- Maintain organized video libraries and asset management systems.
- Stay current on video trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and input on overall brand marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and technical excellence.
- Experience shooting with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras).
- Expertise in lighting, audio capture, and color grading.
- Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects, Motion).
- Understanding of social media platforms and content optimization strategies.
- Financial services or B2B content experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:
- Full-time, role based in Miami, FL.
- Standard business hours with flexibility for event coverage, shoots, and content deadlines.
Compensation:
$65,000–$85,000 Annually (Based on experience and portfolio strength)
