Paralegal - Estate and Trust Administration
Support an estate and trust administration practice with high-net-worth estate matters, Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings. Key Responsibilities: Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distribution. Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sources. Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filing. Assist with preparation of Forms 706, 709, and 1041. Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedules. Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and beneficiary families. Use legal and tax software platforms to organize and streamline filings. Proofread and edit all work for accuracy and compliance. Required Qualifications: 5+ years Florida estate and trust administration experience. Hands-on experience with Forms 706, 709, and 1041. Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems. Formal paralegal training (certificate, associate's degree, or equivalent). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship required now or in the future. Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site (no remote).
