Data Analyst
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Jacksonville, FL. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry and File Management Specialist to support a short-term project. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, consolidating information, and ensuring files are organized and updated efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong Microsoft Excel skills, and is comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Duties:
- Transfer and organize files across designated folders and systems
- Consolidate information from multiple documents into centralized files
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity
- Copy, paste, and update information across spreadsheets and databases
- Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document organization
- Conduct reconciliations and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
- Support the team with administrative and project-related tasks as assigned
- Meet project deadlines while managing a high volume of information
- No specific degree required
- Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, or file management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience performing reconciliations or data validation activities
- Experience working with large volumes of documents or records
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and data management processes
- Relevant administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred
