PBX Operator Full Time Rotate
: Summary
PBX Operator operates telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. PBX Operator monitors alarms and security systems. PBX Operator responds to Codes and emergencies following established protocols. PBX Operator acts as medical center receptionist/resource by performing various communications and clerical duties.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED Certificate required
- Customer Service experience required
- Switchboard experience or medical front desk experience preferred
