Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers directly in their neighborhoods, promoting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns from prospects.
• Utilize outbound calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives and improve overall sales performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience with outbound calling techniques, including warm calling strategies.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
