We are seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Pool & Beach Attendant will be responsible for assisting all guests at the Pool/Beach facilities with towels, seating, equipment loans/rentals and request courteously and efficiently, according to hotel standards. This role will involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all supplies equipment and work areas and ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.

We have a full-time position(s) available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.

• Ability to provide legible communication.

• Ability to do basic arithmetic.

• Valid certification in first aid and C.P.R. (desired)
• Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals and maintenance. (desired)
• Previous experience in similar position with a hotel. (desired)
• Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably. (desired)

• Ability to remain at assigned post when specified.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.
