Cloud Administrator
Kforce has a client seeking a Cloud Administrator in Coral Gables, FL. Summary: In this role, the Cloud Administrator manages an organization's cloud computing environment by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring cloud systems, performing security and compliance tasks, providing user support, and automating routine processes using scripts and cloud-native tools. Responsibilities:
- Manages and monitors day-to-day cloud infrastructure
- Designs and implements cloud systems and platforms
- Ensures high availability and performance of cloud environments
- Performs system backups, recovery, and troubleshooting
- Monitors access, usage, and resource allocation for security and compliance
- Provides technical support and training for cloud applications
- Collaborates with IT teams to align cloud strategies with business goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Oracle OCI Cloud environments
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP a plus
