Senior Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate

Our Firm, one of the oldest multi-service law firms in Florida, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at the Palm Beach Gardens principal office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and high-profile practice while handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.

You will work on sophisticated matters including:

• Representing developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants in residential, self-storage, warehouse, commercial, office, gas station, mixed-use, industrial, and office-condominium transactions
• Handling acquisitions and dispositions , with a focus on preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements
• Structuring and negotiating construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing
• Drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases , including anchor and junior-anchor shopping center leases
• Managing construction and development projects , including preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents
• Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, declarations, and association documents
• Performing survey, title, and due diligence review and management

What We're looking for :

• Minimum of 6+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong transactional skills and attention to detail in all aspects of commercial real estate
• Excellent judgment, business and legal acumen, client-management skills, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
