Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) holding either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Situated in Riverview, FL, this contract role offers a dynamic environment working with young students across multiple elementary schools.

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations and providing targeted therapy. There are three roles available that may be combined or kept separate, working primarily four days at one elementary site and one day at another nearby elementary school, both staffed with full-time district SLPs. Additionally, there are openings focused exclusively on evaluations for three-year-old children as part of a Child Find programassessing pre-kindergarten students to determine the need for ongoing speech services. Positions offer a full-time schedule with 7.5-hour workdays and require on-site presence.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology license
• Open to candidates currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) not eligible
• Experience with pediatric speech and language evaluation and intervention preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside school staff and families
• Ability to manage caseload effectively in a school-based setting

This contract will run through May 23rd, with an immediate start date. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom for candidate convenience.
