Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
Ability to work with patients across a broad acuity range, including post-operative, stroke, and cardiopulmonary populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
CARF or acute care rehabilitation exposure preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM.
Shift name: Days.
Facility requires work across acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide direct patient care in acute and rehabilitation settings. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support recovery from injury, surgery, stroke, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve safe discharges and improved functional outcomes.
