Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residences
WHY YOU WANT THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Build statement homes for discerning clients, precision matters.
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Daily schedule, look-aheads, and multi-trade coordination, inspections and punch lists/close-out
- High-end finish standards, mock-ups, and owner/architect walkthroughs
- Safety culture and logistics (access, staging, corrosion, weather)
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or formal field management training)
- 5+ years as Superintendent on custom luxury residences
- Track record with recognized GC/CM; strong scheduling and QA/QC discipline
- Delivery Models/Project Types: Cost-Plus; Ground-Up Waterfront; High-end Finishes
COMPENSATION
