What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service throughout your home's plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical repair journey.

The Big Task

You will promote customer satisfaction by providing 5-star customer service through outbound calls . This includes reaching out to existing and prospective customers to build relationships, schedule services, and follow up on opportunities.

Key Sub Tasks

• Go the extra mile to engage and build relationships with customers over the phone.

• Place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service appointments, and follow-ups.

• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions.

• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

• Participate in training so you grow and develop as a professional.
