Building on the legacy of Capone’s Dinner Show, we are creating a high-energy dining and live entertainment experience. Our culinary team plays a central role in delivering quality food to match the atmosphere.

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled and reliable Cooks to join our opening team. The ideal candidates are passionate about food, committed to consistency, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and execute menu items to standard, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station at all times

• Ensure food is prepared and served safely, following health and sanitation regulations

•Work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods

•Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory

•Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, servers, and management to maintain smooth service

Qualifications

•1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant, banquet, or entertainment venue (preferred)

• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality

• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and kitchen procedures consistently

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

• Food handler certification required (or willingness to obtain)
