We offer our HVAC Service Technicians competitive pay ranging from $25-$35/hour , based on experience. Additionally, we offer our team the following excellent benefits and perks :

ABOUT THIS HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In this role, you'll bring comfort and satisfaction to customers across Pensacola, Navarre, and Destin. Your day will begin by preparing your truck, verifying inventory, and picking up equipment to ensure you're ready for the day ahead. You'll service heating and air conditioning systems with precision, troubleshoot challenges, and leave every workspace spotless. Along the way, you'll collect payments, send invoices, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with servicing and maintaining air conditioners
• Possess all hand tools and basic power tools

An EPA certification is preferred for this position.
