Located in the heart of Ponte Vedra’s dining and shopping district, Trudeau Kane is a boutique firm specializing in Tax and Estate Law. Offering expert advice and quality, personalized service to clients across Northeast Florida, Trudeau Kane is looking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant to professionally welcome and direct clients both on the phone and in-person, as well as assist with the daily operation of the office. This is a full-time, in-person position, for an office that is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome clients and visitors entering the office and usher to the appropriate meeting space.
- Organize, replenish and maintain the inventory of both office supplies and other operational supplies.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and other packages delivered to the firm.
- Observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to operate a computer and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of prior experience in office administration, reception or secretarial roles, etc. in a client-facing office environment.
Salary
- $18-$22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
